We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place the items securely in their original SINGULARU boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
