Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear.
